Shipping policy

We take great care and pride in all our pieces and ensure each product leaving our warehouse is exactly what you ordered.

Most of our products are hand‑dyed and hand‑woven on looms across rural India, so there may be slight irregularities and differences. These are not defects — they celebrate the uniqueness of handmade items.

Slight color variations may also occur due to monitor or device calibration, despite our best efforts to make product images as accurate as possible.

Domestic Orders

  • Delivery Timeline: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping Charges: No shipping charges for prepaid orders within India

  • Payment Methods: All major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), net banking, UPI, and wallets are accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

International Orders

  • Delivery Timeline: 5–6 business days

  • Shipping Charges: Applicable on all orders

  • Payment Methods: Major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

  • Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the shipping agency upon delivery. Fees vary by destination country and are determined at the point of entry.

General Shipping Information

Order Processing:
All orders are processed at the Yara warehouse in Gurugram and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal code and a mobile number, for timely delivery.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can track the order via the shipping provider’s website using the provided tracking number.

Non‑Delivery:
Delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If the package cannot be delivered due to the receiver’s unavailability, it will be returned to us. Orders returned for this reason are ineligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes.
